Kitty O'Donovan

O’Donovan (Farnalough, Newcestown) on May 4th 2024 in the wonderful care of the Staff at Bandon Community Hospital in the presence of her loving family. Kitty (nee Clancy), beloved wife of the late Denis and dear mother of Pat, Seamus, Gerard and Mary. Predeceased by her brothers Tom, John and Jim together with their spouses May, Hessie and Bridie.

Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Jacinta (White), Dorothy (O’Dea) and Éadaoin (Holland), her adored 9 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, kind neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Kitty will be lying in repose at Gerard and Éadaoin's home in Farnalough (Eircode P72TD58) on Sunday evening from 6pm followed by prayers at 8pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in St. John the Baptist Church, Newcestown which will be livestreamed on the Murragh and Templemartin Parish facebook page, funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
