Michael (Mikie) Comerford

Michael (Mikie) Comerford Blanchfields Park, Clifden, Co. Kilkenny died May 1st peacefully in Gowran Abbey Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his loving son Andy, brothers John, Paddy and Tim, sisters Peggy and Patty. Mikie will be sadly missed by his beloved Wife Phil, daughter Sandra, and her partner Seamus, daughter-in-law Hilda, grandchildren Rachel and Emma, sisters Statia and Sr. Benignus (Bridie), brothers Davy and Andy, sister-in-law Margaret, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Reposing at his home (R95P2Y1) on Thursday, 2nd of May, from 4pm with prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday morning, 3rd of May, at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Gowran followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private on Friday morning. Family flowers only.

The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of Gowran Abbey Nursing Home for the outstanding care given to Mikie.
