Bridget Stapleton

The death has occurred peacefully of Bridget Stapleton (nee Goonan) (Bid) “Shangar” Barefield, Ennis, Co. Clare and formerly of Ballinagar, Kylebrack, Loughrea, Co. Galway. at Cahercalla Community Hospital, Ennis on 18th April 2024. Deeply regretted by her husband Joe, sons Gerard, Noel, Padraig, and Niall, daughters in law Karen,Ann and Marie,h. Grandchildren Evan, Eanna, Sadhbh, Aoife, Ciara, and Eoin, sister Margaret Minogue, sister- in-law Teresa Goonan, nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.

Reposing in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Barefield on Friday (19th April) from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (20th April) at 10.30am with burial afterwards in Templemaley Cemetery. The Funeral Mass can be viewed through the Doora Barefield Parish Webcam. Donations, if desired, to The Poor Clares, Ennis.
