The death has occurred of Bridie Mc Gowan (neé Hughes) 26 O’Duffy Terrace, Ballybay, Co.Monaghan. Tuesday, March 26th, peacefully at St Mary’s Hospital, Castleblayney in her 92nd year surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her husband Malachy, parents Bernard and Mary-Ann, sisters Rose and Katie, brother Edward.

Bridie, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her family, son Malachy, daughter in-law Kay, grandsons Eamonn (Roseanna), John-Paul (Carmel) and Shane (Jom), great-grandchildren Terrina, Tarrin, Lizzie, Jack and Connor, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Bridie will repose at the home of her grandson in Laragh, Ballybay (A75HW68) tomorrow Wednesday from 3pm until 8pm. Removal on Holy Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballybay for Funeral Liturgy at 2pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
