Catherine (Kitty) Madden

Madden (Howestrand, Kilbrittain) on April 19th 2024 peacefully in the wonderful care of the Staff at Kinsale Community Hospital. Catherine (Kitty) (nee Sylvester), beloved wife of Denis, dear mother of Mary (Kennelly), Hamilton and Martin, sister of Hannah, Elizabeth, Anthony and the late Mary, John and Chrissie and grandmother of the late Peter.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, family, son-in-law Murt, daughters-in-law Mary and Dorothy, grandchildren Patrick, Caitriona, Siobhan, MaryRita, Eibhlin, Murt, Gillian, Sabrina, Natasha, Brandon, Denis and Rachel, great-grandchildren, sisters, brother, extended family, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Kitty will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Sunday evening from 5pm followed by prayers at 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Kilbrittain which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com/funerals, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
