Alistair Watt

Since condolences to Alistair's family members and friends. I used to sit next to him at Intermediate School, were friends through high school but we lost contact with each other in later years. Always hoping to meet up at some point. A sharp mind with the words to express it, always a thinker, fare well in the great beyond, old friend.

Very fond memories of Alistair as one of my flat mates at Bellevue Hill, NSW. Horse riding in the Southern Highlands, his love of Kiwi beer. Always a true gentleman. Your many friends and family have lost a lovely man and you will be missed.

It was with great sadness to learn of the passing of my cousin Alistair Watt. I have fond memories of cousin time spent in our youth at Whananaki. I got to know Alistair well in the 1980’s, socialising together when we were both living in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and later in Auckland. Alistair was a true gentleman, strong, considerate, articulate, and he had a great sense of humour. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Deepest condolences to all his family.

I am saddened to learn of the passing of my cousin Alistair and extend heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. We spent many hours together with Alistair and family in our younger days, especially from our late teenage years, sometimes doing devil-may-care activities that would scare me to do nowadays, and I got to know Alistair well. I look back with fond memories of Alistair’s humour and generosity of spirit. He will live on in our memories and hearts.
