So sorry to hear of Brendan's Passing. Didn't realise he was ill. Often had Tea with him in the Stewards Canteen, Croke Park. A true gent. Lord rest Him.

On my own behalf and on behalf of Roscommon County Board sincere sympathy on the passing of Brendan.
A true gentleman, every time Roscommon visited Croke park he came onto the bus and brought us into Croke park and was proud to do it.
May he gentle soul rest in peace.

I am so shocked to hear of Brendan’s death. Sincere condolences to you all on the loss of such a lovely man.
Brendan will always be to Molly the kind man who took us all up the mountain in Knockaunes all those years ago, a memory we often talk about.
I’m genuinely shocked and saddened to hear this news. Unfortunately we are in Spain at the moment so will not be able to attend his funeral.
