Deeply saddened by news of Joe's early death. During my 16 years with Clondalkin CIC, I worked with Joe on many joint projects. he was an extremely dedicated and able leader and champion. He was also a very decent human being. He will be sadly missed.

We also extend our deepest sympathies to all of Joe's colleagues at MDI. A huge loss to us all here in Killarney and Harley-Davidson UK & Ireland. We had the great pleasure of working with Joe and his team for nearly 10 years and we will miss him terribly for the 10th anniversary of Ireland Bike Fest in 2016. I know he was really looking forward to it. The festival won't be the same without him, he was always a great ambassador for the festival year on year. We had great chats and laughs each year as well as some cheer. The staff at the Gleneagle Hotel will also miss Joe dearly. Rest in peace Joe, this is a very sad time for us and we will miss you.
