Everyone knows that Paddy was a gentleman to his fingertips, a wonderful family man, a great sailor, a craftsman of considerable skill, who gave so much to the many sailors he mentored, freely sharing his expert knowledge. He was indeed a very close friend and confidante. We spent so many joyous times together over the decades, which we are so grateful for and treasure in our memory. We have no words of comfort for Mona, Sinead, Orla and extended family other than to say that we are so sorry for your loss of a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
