Dessie Hand

Dessie Hand, Mount St. Oliver, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Pearse Park. 16th April 2024. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital his 85th year surrounded by his loving family. Dessie, predeceased by his parents Michael and Stella, brothers Michael, Jim and Aidan. Beloved husband to Mona and loving dad to Alan, Mick and Shane. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters in law Fay, Bridget and Susan, adored grandchildren Michael, Johnny, Gracie and Ronan, brothers Terry and Seán, sisters Linda and Geraldine, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes (A92 XN75) from 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock on Friday evening. Funeral Mass on Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock in St. Peter’s Church, West Street and can be viewed on www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie. Burial afterwards in Newtown Cross Lawn Cemetery.
