Gerard (Gerry) Cassidy, Beaubec, Drogheda, Co. Meath and formerly of Rush and Donegal. 21st March 2024. Peacefully at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown surrounded by his loving family after a long illness bravely borne. Gerry, sadly missed by his loving wife Brenda, son Ronan, daughter Aoife, stepsons Damien, Philip and Eoghan, brother Fr Peter Cassidy, mother-in-law Bridie, brothers-in-law William and Derek, sister-in-law Pauline, step grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his first wife Kaye, mam Mary and dad Hugh.

Reposing in Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92 XN75) on Sunday afternoon from 2pm until 4pm followed by a Funeral Service at 4.15pm to Celebrate Gerry’s life.

Cremation will take place on Monday at 12.30p.m in Dardistown Crematorium, Dublin (K67 HP26), which can be viewed live on https://www.dctrust.ie/location/dardistown/dardistown-chapel-webstreaming.html
