Recently pre-deceased by his loving wife Betty.

Very deeply regretted by his daughters, grandchildren, brothers, sister, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank all the staff of University Hospital Limerick, St. John's Hospital, St. Ita's Hospital, Newcastlewest and St. Camillus' Hospital for their professionalism and support to Jack.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, on Thursday, April 18th, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, followed by removal to St. Munchin’s Church, Clancy Strand.

Requiem Mass on Friday, April 19th, at 11am, funeral afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence (old) Cemetery.
