Leonie Gibson
(née McGrath)
Leonie, Abbeycartron, Longford and formerly of Brownshill, Carlow. 6th April 2024, peacefully at the Midland’s Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Pre-deceased by her parents James and Doreen, sister Dolores, brother John and by her brother-in-law Frank.
Leonie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband Tony, daughter Shena Elliott, sons Michael and Alan, sister Mary, daughters-in-law Dani and Edel, son-in-law Declan, grandchildren Dylan, Sam, Aoife, Eírinn, Lucas and Bruno, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Wednesday 10th April from 6.00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday 11th April at 11.00am in St. Mary’s Church, Newtownforbes, interment afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
