The death has occurred of Margaret (Peggy) Rooney (nee O’Gorman) of Banstead, Surrey, UK, late of Ballyagran, Co. Limerick, November 28th 2023, peacefully at St. Teresa’s Home in Wimbledon, surrounded by her family. Beloved daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret O'Gorman, wife of the late Joseph and sister of the late Ben, Billy, Mike, Bridget and Joseph. Very deeply regretted by her sorrowing daughters Jackie, Maria and Rita, sons in law Drew and Ian, grandchildren Laura, Clare, Alex and Ben, great-grandchildren, brothers Jim, Patjoe, Tadgh and Sean, sisters Josie and Tess, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law, relatives, kind neighbours and her many friends.

Margaret’s Cremation Service has taken place in the UK. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St Colman's Church, Colmanswell, on Thursday, April 4th, at 12noon followed by burial of ashes in the adjoining cemetery.
