Martin Fitzpatrick - Ennis, Co. Clare & Birmingham - May 6th. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Milford Hospice.

Sadly missed by his loving daughters Shannon, Ciara & Fiona, his partner Mags, grandson Zane, brother John, sister Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends & neighbours.

Martins funeral will take place on the 17th of May at Shannon Crematorium with Funeral service at 2pm.
