The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital on Wednesday 8th May 2024 of Nancy Cullen neé Burke, The Bungalow, Main Street, Newtowncunningham, F93 E36H. Deeply missed by her loving son’s James (Mary), Paul, Shaun and Brian (Fiona), daughters Bernie McHugh (Seamus) and Teresa Tourish (James), sisters Mamie Tourish (Moneyhaughley, Manorcunningham), Veronica Gallagher (McNeely Villas, Letterkenny), brother William Burke (Geraldine) (Veagh, Manorcunningham), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Nancy is pre-deceased by her husband Vivian in 2021 and grandson Mark Cullen in 2020.

Rest in Peace

Nancy’s remains are reposing at her late residence on Wednesday, 8th May, from 7pm until 10pm and on Thursday, 9th May, from 12 noon until 10pm with Rosary both nights at 9pm.

Funeral from there on Friday, 10th May, at 10.30am going to All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed on https://www.newtownkilleaparish.com. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.
