Sr. Brigid McGowan

The death has occurred peacefully of Sr. Brigid McGowan, in the her 98th year, at St. Macartan's Nursing Home, Clogher, Co. Tyrone and the Sisters of Mercy, St. Catherine's Convent, Ballyshannon, formerly Kinlough, Co. Leitrim.

Predeceased by her parents Terence and Bridget, her sister Mary and brother Terence.

Sadly, missed by St. Catherine's Mercy Community, Ballyshannon and the wider Mercy Community of the Northern Province and by her cousin Connie and husband Kevin, cousin Ann McKeown and all extended family.

Remains reposing at St. Catherine's Mercy Convent Chapel, Ballyshannon on Thursday, 18th from 3pm to 6pm.

Funeral mass will be in St. Catherine's Convent Chapel, Ballyshannon on Friday, 19th April, at 11am, followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery.
