The family and fiancée of the late John McDaid would like to express our sincere heartfelt thanks for the kindness and support we received following the loss of John.

 

We are very grateful to Kevin Bell repatriation trust and to all those who attended the wake and funeral, sent flowers, mass cards, messages of condolence and offered prayers. Also those who travelled long distances to be with us. All those who donated to the go fund me page.

 

Thank you to all our friends, neighbours and family for all their help and support during the wake and funeral. Especially all the people who helped in the kitchen during the wake.

 

Thank you to those who provided food during the wake and the Inishowen gateway hotel for the funeral lunch.

 

Sincere thanks to Dr Zachariah and all the staff in The Walton Centre. All the medical staff of The Royal Liverpool Hospital for their outstanding care provided to John and us as a family.

 

Thank you to Fr Bradley for his beautiful Mass and for his prayers during this time. Thanks also to all those who participated in the funeral Mass. It was much appreciated. Thank you for the lovely singing and music during the funeral.
