The death has occurred of Peter DIXON
St. Nicholas Avenue and Bridge Street, Dundalk, Louth

Peter, former Chief Scout of Scouting Ireland and Past President of The Irish Association of Funeral Directors.

Peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his mother Elizabeth, father John, brothers Tommy and Paddy, sisters Alice (Hickey) and Maura (English). He will be greatly missed by his sister Lilly (Crawley) and husband Michael, brother Willie and wife Briege, nieces, nephews, the Kehoe family and a large circle of family and friends.

Reposing at Dixons Funeral Home from 4pm Saturday afternoon for friends and family to call. Evening prayers will be held at 6 o'clock on Sunday evening in Dixons Funeral Home. Removal on Monday at 12.30pm to St. Nicholas' Church, arriving for Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to St. Vincent De Paul.

Funeral cortege will leave funeral home at 12.30pm, walking via Castletown Road, pause at Scout Hall, Philip Street, Patrick Street, on to Bridge Street, to arrive at church for 1pm Mass.

Peter's Months Mind Mass will be offered up on Sunday 25th March 2012 at 12 o'clock in St Nicholas Church Dundalk
