The death has occurred of
Donie Whelan
Whelan; O' Connell Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, 30th September 2020, peacefully in the tender care of staff at University Hospital Waterford. Donie (Coal Merchant), deeply mourned and sadly missed by his sons Tony and Pat, daughters Caroline, Marie, Dolores and Jenny, sons-in-law John, Brian, Benny and Mick, daughter-in-law Noreen, sisters Eileen Shepherd and Kay Maguire, sister-in-law Rose Whelan, brother-in-law Monnie, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Donie is predeceased by his wife Stella, parents Pakeen and Brigid, brothers Pat and Sean, sister Josephine, brothers-in-law Geoff Shepherd and Tom O'Riordan.
In accordance with the current recommendations Donie's funeral will take privately.
