Carmel, peacefully, on 11 October 2020. Predeceased by her beloved husband Liam, her sisters Mary, Anna and Angela, brothers Pat, Nixie and Tony. Deeply loved and missed by her heartbroken daughters Geraldine, Anne, Kathleen, Bernadette and sons Kevin and Liam, her cherished grandchildren who brought her so much joy - David, Stephen, Rachel, Killian, Emily, Oisín, Sorcha, Seán, Liam, David, Kieran and James, great grandchildren Adam, Evelyn and Olivia, her sister Bernadette, brothers Gerald and Francis, sons-in-law Michael, Kevin, Eoin and Bill, daughters-in-law Melanie and Margaret, sister-in-law Bridget, nephews, nieces and extended family and friends.

May her gentle soul rest now in peace.

Carmel’s funeral cortège will pass by Manor Street on Wednesday 14th October at 11.45am to arrive at St John’s Church for her funeral Mass, followed by burial in St Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner, Waterford.  Sadly, due to current public health restrictions on attendance, funeral Mass and burial will be private to immediate family only. The family appreciate your support, respect and sympathy at this difficult time.
