Peacefully, in the gentle care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Beloved husband of Sandra, dad of Anthony and Lisa and granda of Mason, Caolan and Ellie-Mae. Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Marie (nee Belton) and brother Paul. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife, son, daughter, grandchildren, Lisa’s partner Paddy, parents-in-law Paddy and Joan Gogarty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephew, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Due to current restrictions, a Mass for the repose of Brendan’s Soul will be celebrated without the family or community attending. The Mass can be viewed online at 11am on Saturday, 16th. Please follow the livestream link from this website: https://www.holyredeemerparish.ie/

There will be an opportunity for the community to show support and to remember Brendan by being present on the route, socially distanced, on Saturday as the funeral cortege approaches St. Patrick’s Cemetery for burial at 12.30 approx.

To keep everyone safe, please adhere to social distancing, wear face coverings in appropriate circumstances and refrain from handshaking and hugging. Please follow all Government advice.
