Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Carlingford Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Anna, dear father of Mary, Bernard, Oliver (USA), Aidan, Niall, Conor and the late Carmel and brother of Margaret, Carmel, Christine, Harry, Paul, Thomás, Philip and the late Pheilim. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughter, sons, 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at home from 8.30pm on Tuesday for family and close friends. Removal on Thursday at 10.20am, proceeding on foot to the R175, then driving via St. James’ Well to the Church of Our Lady, Star of the Sea, Boher, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
