Ailish (Elizabeth) Connolly
(née Maher)

(Formerly Mount Carmel Road, Loughrea and Cluain Dara, Knocknacarra). Ailish passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children after a long illness bravely borne, in the loving care of the staff at St. Mary's Residential Care Centre.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Tommy and much loved mother of Kathleen, David, Maureen, Freeda, Aileen, Thomas, Madeline, Sally, Laura and Joseph. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her heartbroken children, her seventeen adored grandchildren and her great granddaughter Emily. Lovingly remembreed by her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, partners,her sisters and brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, the extended Connolly and Maher family and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) on Sunday, 14 August, fro 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Ailish at 12 noon on Monday, 15 August, at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations (if desired) to Galway Hospice.
