Formerly Craddenstown, Raharney, Mullingar. Peacefully at the Mater Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Pre deceased by her parents Mattie and Peggy O'Keeffe, her sister Mary O'Brien and her brother in law Ger O'Brien. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Pat, daughters Kate and Tessa, sisters Noeleen Leonard and Teresa Maguire, brother Frank, brothers in law Peter and Noel, nephews Mark and Matthew, grandniece Hannah, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore, on Thursday from 5pm until Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Cremation after Mass in Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin. Family Flowers only.
