Anthony passed away peacefully at Galway University Hospital with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Betty) and much loved father of Chris, Jacinta and Michael. Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and May, by his brothers and sisters Michael, Dick, Seán, Gerard, Teresa and Claire, niece Sharon and granddaughter Elizabeth.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his partner Phyllis, sons and daughter, his adored grandchildren Patrick, Aaron, Saoirse and Dillon, brother Declan, sister Kathleen, nephews, nieces the extended Morris and Wiley family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) on Sunday, 29 September 2024, from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Anthony on Monday, 30 September, on arrival at St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
