The death has occurred of Tony (Anthony) Walsh, GT Taxi’s, 9 Bree, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Sunday 12th January, peacefully, in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Pat and Mary, brothers Sean and Martin and sister Rosie.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Geraldine, children Fiona (McNulty), Nigel, Jocelyn (McConnon) Keith and Jason (Jimi), brothers and sisters Kathleen, Sadie, Mickey, Evelyn, Patsy, Jimmy, Phyllis and Marion, grandchildren, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews extended family and friends.

 

Reposing at his home in Bree today (Monday) from 5pm to 10pm and tomorrow (Tuesday) from 2pm to 10pm with removal on Wednesday morning at 12:30pm arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney, for requiem Mass at 1pm, continuing on to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, afterwards for cremation at 4pm.

 

Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu, if desired, to The Castleblayney Cancer Society by donation box or care of Brendan Hughes & Sons Funeral Directors.

House private on Wednesday morning, please.
