Baby Grace ( Kate) Kirwan

Grace Kate Kirwan passed away, peacefully in her Mammy's arms, in the loving care of all in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Cork University Hospital. Grace’s parents, Gerard and Charlotte, will be forever grateful to the staff for taking such wonderful care of Grace.

During her brief visit on earth, she enjoyed cuddles with her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Her arrival had been so eagerly awaited by all and she is loved so dearly. 

Charlotte and Gerard would like to extend a special thank you to everyone for their support over the last few days.

Mass of the angels will be offered in St Cuan and Brogan's Church, in Clonea Power, on Sunday 14th at 11.15am. The ceremony will be private, but Charlotte & Gerard would like to welcome people to pay their respects outside and support the family during this difficult time.
