Ben (Bernard) Hughes

The death has occurred of Ben Hughes in St. Joseph's Palliative Care Unit, Longford after a short illness peacefully in the care of his loving family. Predeceased by his loving wife Christina, his two infant sons, his sister May, brothers Eddie, Jack, Joe and Brendan. Ben will be sadly missed by his sons Garry and Bernard, his sister Loretta Carney (Knock), his daughters-in-law Eileen and Mary, his grandchildren James and Mark, his nieces and nephews, cousins and all his neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the home of his son Garry, Cahanagh, Longford  on Tuesday 20th from 5pm to 10pm and also on Wednesday 21st from 12pm to 3pm. Removal on Wednesday 21st to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Newtownforbes for 7pm Prayers. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Family time from 3pm on Wednesday please.
