Betty Young

The death has taken place, at her home, of Betty Young, Hillhead, Ardara. Betty will be sadly missed by her sons Blain and Gordon, daughter Elizabeth, daughters in law Helen and Martina, brother Hamilton (Derry) and sister Sadie (Australia), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Her remains will repose at Shovlin's Funeral Home, Sandfield, this evening (Friday) from 5pm to 9pm, followed by removal to her son Gordon's house. Funeral from there on Sunday afternoon at 1.45pm to Ardara Methodist Church for 2pm Funeral Service, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House open to family and friends on Saturday from 12 noon to 9pm and private on Sunday. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Ardara Methodist Church c/o any family member.
