The death has occurred of Bernard Anthony Columbanus (BRIAN) McCabe, Main Street, Kinnegad and late of Ballivor, Co. Meath and Fremantle, Australia. Peacefully at the Regional Hospital, Mullingar on Friday 14th January 2022.

Deeply regretted by his wife Angela and children Fr Robert, Bernard, Elizabeth, Oliver & Dominic; affectionately remembered by his brothers Richard, Jim, Brendan, Vincent & Ambrose; brother-in-law Richard Maloney (New York), sisters-in-law Betty Maloney, May Curran (Rochfortbridge), Margaret McCabe (Peacehaven) & Stella Hurdidge (Weybridge & Weobley).

 

Pre-deceased by his parents, Bernard & Catherine (Ballivor), sisters (baby) Teresa & Margaret, brothers Kevin & Frank (Br Kevin OS Cam), nephew Dominic and brothers-in-law William Curran & Stephen Hurdidge.

 

Brian will be deeply missed by his son-in-law Ardie, daughter-in-law Joan, grandson Aidan, by his cousins, nephews, nieces, good neighbours in Kinnegad and his circle of friends.

 

During Brian's private reposal a candle will be lighting in the window of his home on Thursday 20th January until Brian's removal  to St Mary's Church, Kinnegad at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon, it can be viewed on the Kinnegad Parish Facebook page. Burial afterwards in St Finian's Cemetery, Clonard.
