Brigid Taite
(née Sheridan)

Peacefully, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her loving family, in the loving and exceptional care of the nurses and staff of St. Colmcille's Private Nursing Home, Kells, Co. Meath. Beloved wife of the late Paddy, predeceased by her son Noel, daughter Annette McGovern, son in law Patsy Hopkins and her grandson Adam Hopkins. Her siblings, Michael, Charlie and Rosaleen Donnellan. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her children, Pairic, (Lisnahederna, Virginia) Marie, (Cornakill, Mullagh) Pauline Hopkins (Ashbourne) Sheila Connell (Ryefield, Virginia) and John (Crossreagh, Mullagh), daughters and sons in law, her adored 27 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, her dear cousin and lifelong friend Kathleen Clinton, sister in law Marcella McIntyre, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace

Reposing at the home of her son and daughter in law, John and Ita Taite, Crossreagh, from today Wednesday 29th September, from 5pm and all day Thursday 30th September until removal for Requiem funeral Mass on Friday morning next, 1st October, at 11am in St. Mary's Church, Cross, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
