The death has occurred of Brigid Timothy (née Crichton). Peacefully, at her home in Shamley Green, Surrey, UK, aged 94. (Formerly of Beltra, Co. Sligo).
Mother to her beloved Susan and Michael, grandmother to her beloved Emma. She was the younger daughter of Brian and Violet, sister to Aleck and Sheila, and aunt and cousin to an extended family across Ireland, the UK, Canada and South Africa.
She had a great gift for friendship, and will be sadly missed by her many friends in Ireland and the UK, and beyond.
The funeral service will be held at Guildford Crematorium, Surrey, on August 28th at 12:45 pm. The service may be followed online via Gorringe’s Funeral Directors

We are asking for family flowers only, but in place of flowers, we would welcome donations to Toynbee Hall London, a charity Brigid loved, and which she worked for in her younger days.
