The death has occurred of
Bro. Thomas Connolly
Connolly, Bro. Thomas, late of Glasnevin and Cloonloo, via Boyle, Co. Sligo – passed away peacefully on the 5th February 2025 at Ardmore Nursing Home in the loving care of the staff of Ardmore and the Palliative Care Team from St. Francis Hospice.
Predeceased by his parents James and Brigid, brother Seamus and sister Mary.
Deeply regretted by his brother Seán and his wife Eileen, his nephew Seamus, his wife Catherine and their children James and Declan, and his niece Audrey, and his Christian Brother community in Clareville, Glasnevin.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West (D11 W7VX) on Sunday (9th February) from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm, with Prayers at 5.30 pm. Funeral on Monday morning (10th February) to St. Columba’s Church, Iona Road for 10.30 o’clock Requiem Mass, then travelling west for Burial in Knockbrack Cemetery, Sligo, arriving approximately 4 pm.
