Catherine (Kitty) Mc Elhone
(née Joyce)
Catherine (Kitty) McElhone nee Joyce, Birmingham, England and Lisheenaheiltia, Glenamaddy, Co Galway, peacefully after a short illness on May 19th 2022.
Predeceased by her husband Vincent and brother Tommy Joe.
Deeply regretted by her son Paul, daughter Helen, brother Paddy, sister Evelyn, daughter in law Janice, grandchildren Eleanor & Daniel, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
Reposing at the home of her daughter Helen Mannion, Lisheenaheiltia, Glenamaddy , Co Galway. House strictly private for family only please.
Funeral Mass on Sunday 22nd May at 2pm in St Patrick's Church, Glenamaddy, followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium. Mass will be live-streamed on https://www.facebook.com/Coneran_Funeral_Directors-101882841644404
A memorial Mass to celebrate the life of Kitty and burial of ashes will be held in Brirmingham at a later date.
No flowers please by request. Donations if desired to Galway Palliative Care, c/o Coneran Funeral Directors.
Her generous heart and loving spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
