The death has occurred of Chrissie Fitzpatrick (née Cotter)
Formerly of Carrigboy, Kilmicheal and Taur, Newmarket, Cork

Passed away peacefully at Marymount Hospital and Hospice surrounded by her heartbroken family. Chrissie, devoted wife of Pat Joe and dear mother of Julianne (McConnell), Josie (Casey) and Mossy, cherished grandmother of Christine, Denjoe, Gene, Anthony, Maurice, Chloe, Siobhan, Thomas, Niamh, Conor and Sean. Deeply regretted by her loving family, brother Teddy, sister Jane (Scannell), sons-in-law Den and Michael, Mossy’s partner Olive, brother- in-law Brendan, sister-in-law Bunty, nephew’s, niece’s, relatives, kind neighbours and her large circle of friends.

Chrissie is reposing at her residence. Requiem mass for Chrissie will take place on Thursday, 17th of September, at 2pm in the Church of The Holy Spirit Taur, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. In accordance with the current guidelines Chrissie's Funeral Mass will be private and will be live-streamed on the Newmarket and Taur Parish Facebook page. In accordance with Government and HSE guidelines, and an effort to follow best practice, there will be no sympathising with the family.
