Duffy, (Bellewstown, Co. Meath and formerly of Madogue, Swinford, Co. Mayo), January 15th, 2021 peacefully following a long illness in the loving care of the wonderful staff at Beechtree Nursing Home surrounded by his family. Colm, beloved husband of Bridie, adored Dad of Aisling, Brian and Roisin and cherished Gaga to Conor, Aoibhinn, Liam and Daire. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sons in law Stephen, Anthony and Frankie, sisters Mary, Bridie, Fran, Margaret and Patricia, brother Paddy, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends. May Colm’s gentle soul rest in peace Due to Government guidelines regarding public gatherings (a limit of 10 family in the church) Colm’s funeral will be held privately for immediate family only. Funeral will be streamed live on www.youtube.com/user/finnegandvd from St. Teresa’s Church, Bellewstown on Monday the 18th at 11am, followed by a private burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Boher, Greenore, Co. Louth. House is strictly private. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland. For those who cannot attend due to these restrictions please leave a personal message for the family in the Condolence section below. We look forward to meeting everyone at a Memorial Service for Colm where we will honour his life at a later date. |
