I was saddened to hear of the passing of Aidan and I had missed the funeral. Years ago I laboured with Aidan when working for Dónal Kenneally. Aidan was so nice to work with and we had great crack. A true gentleman. May he rest in peace.

Aidan was a kindest gentleman and a fantastic neighbour- he was full of devilment and when himself and dad got together, anything was possible. 😊 He loved kids and they loved him. We have some many happy memories with Aidan that we will cherish forever. Your seat at Sunday dinner will always remain within our household. Rest in peace Aidan. ❤️❤️

Aidan was for so many years a valued member of the Ballyporeen unit of Civil Defence and enjoyed our training sessions and especially our weekend away for camp.
