I have such fond memories of Ann and Brendan and their many kindnesses towards me, quite a few years ago; they were caring, warm, welcoming and considerate and i will always be grateful to them for that.

Ann personified a gentle wit, intelligence and kindness towards others and had a quiet dignity which i admired.

Grief is the price we pay for real love.. but how wonderful to have such a lady as a wife and mother. I hope this will be some comfort and that happy memories will take pride of place soon.

We were sad to hear that Ann had died. She was our next door neighbour at Brooklands , when we came to Nenagh in 1979. She was so kind to us , and helped us settle in . Always generous , and thoughtful , she used mind our kids regularly . She was a lovely warm , kind person , with humour, and patience. Even though it is 40 years since we last met we remember her with great fondness. Sincere sympathy to Brendan, and all the family.
