I remember Ann with great fondness from secondary school. She was a great piano player and generously taught me three piano tunes which always remind me of her!
I would like to wish all of you who loved Ann - especially her husband, daughter, son, sisters and brothers, all the blessings that Ann wished me in a precious letter she wrote to me on the passing of my mother forty years ago…May you have the courage to face each day, and harvest and cherish all your happy memories of Ann. May Ann always stay alive in your hearts.

I was so sad to hear this news .i had the pleasure of meeting anne many years ago .she lit up the room when she walked in .she is now at peace with her mam and dad .which was also adorable people . I spent a weekend with all the buckley family as a very young girl, and the love and care they all showed me i still carry it with me today .may anne rest in peace now in heaven and her pain and suffering is over 💔.

Many years ago, I travelled on the same school-bus as Ann enroute to the Mercy Convent, Buttevant, where Ann’s Aunt, was Reverend Mother. This close family connection didn’t impede Ann though from being ‘full of ‘the joys! I remember Ann, from this time, as being bubbly, vivacious and full of laughter.
Thinking of all Ann’s family and friends at this very sad time. Thinking also of my neighbours, Ann’s brother Noel, his wife Julia and their sons Donagh and Noel D.
