I have just found out about the very sad news of Annie's passing. I'm shocked! My deepest condolences to Pat and family on the loss of your lovely wife and mother, Annie. Also, my condolences to Thomas and Siobhan. I worked with Annie many years ago in Brooks Hanley in Sligo. She will always be remembered as a beautiful lady. May her gentle soul rest in peace in God's heavenly home.

My heartfelt and sincere sympathy to Pat, Micheal, Padraig, Eithne, Fiona and Ann Marie. Also to her dear grandchildren Michael, Emily, Kate and Alice who she adored and was so proud of. Sympathy also to the extended Flanagan and Gillen families on the sad passing of Ann.

Ann was an amazing lady. I got to know her through the music classes she organised in Killargue. She worked so hard at that and as a result many very good musicians emerged from the classes. We spend many good times at Fleadhs and Feiseanna and she was so proud of the many successes at them.
We are all grateful to her for that.
Ann was always in good humour. When she entered a room it lit up. And what can one say about her style. She wore the most fabulous clothes, never a hair out of place, gorgeous jewellery and makeup and lippy always applied. Ann was also a great singer. She was so talented. Its so sad that someone like Ann is taken far too early. She will be missed so much by her family her neighbours and a huge circle of friends. It was a pleasure knowing Ann and I hope she is now at peace in heaven among family and friends gone before her. Forever in my prayers.
