Heartfelt condolences to Brid’s family. She was such a wonderful teacher,- one of my few favourites! I’ve met her a few times down through the years, and she was such a lady. And she gave such an amazing gift to the medical students in Galway. May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
Sincere condolences to Brid's family and friends. A wonderful teacher of whose literary engaged all of us of whom were lucky to be one of her students. Her love of prose, poetry and the subject of English and her love and passion of same was infectious. Brid was also a good neighbour and friend to us all. May her gentle soul now rest in peace .

Bríd Concannon was one of the nicest teachers I ever had and can still remember my Leaving Cert poetry. She was a truly dedicated teacher and changed many lives. Sincere condolences to her family
