I have been a regular customer of 3 Little Piggies for a good few years now and I can say with certainty that Carol is and will be missed there. I remember when Carol started in piggies and she quickly became very popular with all her customers. She was always so cheery, she always had a greeting and a chat for her customers and she had a great sense of humour. I hope it brings you some comfort to know that she was someone who was thought of very fondly by her customers and she will not be forgotten. Rest in peace Carol.

To carol's boys. I'm devastated to hear the passing of Carol she was such a lady I met her in the CUH she was such a kind gentle woman who spoke with such pride when she spoke about Donal and Damien. the love she had for her grandchildren poured out of her when she would mention them. Her eyes would light up when her grandson would come into the ward. She was just such an amazing loving women.
