Teresa, I'm so so sorry to hear this sad news, which I just read today, 29th Aug, of losing your beloved Claire, and now Paddy too. I am truly sad since hearing it. I always thought what a lucky girl Claire was to have a mum like you. Paddy was blessed too.
Thinking of you & family at this saddest of times. They will be with you in so many ways now Teresa. Rest in peace Claire and Paddy 🙏 🙏

Dear Paddy Teresa Padraic and Kenneth i am so shocked and saddened to hears of Claires passing.She was so kind to my mum and dad during their visits to Galway over the years and her gentle smile and wonderful baking skills will be remembered by all the Murphys in Dundalk 💔

My sympathies again to all of Claires family. I attended Claire's funeral last friday. Ken and Paraic your tributes were beautiful.
Claire was a very talented pastry chef and I was privileged to have her work with me for 3 years.
