When Darragh started coming to our house first years ago with Diarmuid, Brianna couldn’t come down the stairs she had such a crush on him, an effect I imagine he had on lots of hearts in East Cork. He’d sit in our kitchen on his favorite stool discussing swims at the 40 steps or Fota, hurling, bmw troubles, holidays or his new tattoo.
Diarmuid, Kaitlin and Darragh’s many close friends will never replace his void.
Niall, Aoife, Aisling and Niall Og, your horrendous loss and unbearable pain for your wonderful Darragh is unimaginable. May he watch over you forever more and ease your heartbreak.

So sorry for your loss . I was deeply saddened to hear of darraghs death . I was very nervous starting on my first day in fota recently and darraghs kindness put me at ease and was the only colleague who ever made effort to make sure I was getting on okay .
His smile was so contagious it could light up a room .

We had the great pleasure of having Darragh as a member of our Student GAA Club for his 2 years in MTU and starring as the junior hurling team won the All Ireland on a historic night for the University. While we all enjoyed watching and playing alongside Darragh, it is his friendly and upbeat personality that stood out in the dressing and he will be sorely missed by all of our club members who had been lucky enough to know Darragh.
