Our heartfelt condolences to Dave’s family and loved ones. We were so saddened to hear of his passing.
We had the pleasure of working with him for 20 years, he was a legend in the Irish fashion Industry and will be deeply missed.
He was talented, smart, extremely driven, & hard working and brilliant at sourcing new exciting brands and bringing them to Ireland. He was also very kind and encouraging. The fashion industry will be far less colourful and exciting without him!
Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

I was very sad to hear of Dave’s passing. Our paths crossed many times over the years. We always had a great chat and a laugh every time we met .

So, so sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. He was a true gentleman, always a big smile on his face and full of chat. Appointments at the Trend house were easy and relaxed with Dave so enthusiastic about his collections. His love for his family was obvious from the way he spoke about Linda and the boys. Sincere condolences to all of Dave’s family and friends.

Dave was in my second year of secondary school. I always remember him rescuing me from a bully. The type of guy he was, he didn't have to get involved. He knew what was right from wrong and wasn't going to put up with that behaviour. That was over 30 years ago, and I remember that gesture. I had the pleasure of meeting him when he worked in Fashion City several times. He was always a gent. So sorry for the families loss.

Loss of a great friend and a lovely person. Dave will be sadly missed by everyone he came in contact with.

There are no words to express the sadness I feel hearing of Dave’s passing . He was the kindest person, always there to listen and offer advice. Dave left a mark on so many peoples lives and will always be remembered.

Growing up in Knocklyon was an opportunity to meet friends and form bonds that would outlast our youth. David stood out from the crowd through football, good humour and always been a great friend. The one thing I remember was the laughter and boy did we laugh and laugh. I can still hear him laughing in the wind as I write this on the other side of the world. We could be on the way now to Delaney’s now for a few pints then off to Club Sarah….. the memories come flooding back.

Linda kids and Goucher family to say I’m devastated to hear of the passing of Dave is an understatement.
I had the pleasure of Dave being my boss for 5 years in the showroom, i remember the day he met you Linda and he was in love from the first day. You pair were meant for each other.
He has been taken way too soon and I can’t imagine the pain all of you are going through, there are no words anyone can say to heal your broken hearts. All I can say is thanks for the memories Dave and may you get the best bed in heaven, your kind heart deserves it, sleep well pal until we meet again 😢💔
