I am so very sorry to hear the sad news. I shared a hospital room with Dave in the Beacon last December. His courage and positivity left a lasting impression on me. A truly remarkable man. Taken way too soon. My deepest sympathy to his family, friends and colleagues. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear about the passing of David. I got to know him in our early 20s in Carlow and later in work. I have followed his updates on social media and was shocked to hear the news. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP

Absolutely heartbroken to find out today about David’s passing. I got to know him through TikTok as a fellow Irish cancer patient and we checked in from time to time to see how the battles were going. Sincere condolences to his family, friends and all who loved him.
I did not know him for very long but he was a lovely, supportive man who never gave up his positivity. May he Rest in Peace and May his memory always be a blessing.
