David’s passing will leave a huge gap in the social fabric of the Hunt Museum and in the lives of all of us who enjoyed his wonderful lectures there.I remember also his love of Poetry and his mentorship of the Poetry Group.
When I heard of his passing Goldsmith’s words came immediately to mind
And still they gazed, and still the wonder grew,
That one small head could carry all he knew.
Rest in Peace David.

Sorry to hear of David's passing, he was a close friend. He will be greatly missed. I think of all the wonderful sharings in Abington services down through the many years. We were so privileged and were truly blessed to have him lead our services, within are small community in Abington church. I remember David and kokie preparing together for sunday services, and he was always the caring and wise gentleman with her. We have the happy memories and he will never be forgotten.
