Truly sorry to hear that your wonderful Dessie has left this earth - he was an absolute gentleman and could always be relied upon for any trip, any where, any time - we depended on him greatly and he never let us down. I once drove from Shannon to Derry with him and don't think we stopped yapping the whole journey, and there was barely a town we passed that he didn't have a story to tell

You were always in good company when Des was in the drivers seat.
