Deepest sympathy to you Peter on the passing of your father.
A true gentleman , May he rest in peace.
— Anthony &Una Mc Gettigan, Milford
So sad to hear the news of Dugald's death. Remembering especially the happy times spent with him and Ann in Rathmullan out fishing on his boat, him teaching Abbie to drive his tractor round and round the garden. Lots of fun and laughter.

Our sincere condolences to Peter, Fiona and family. How we wish we could be with you but unfortunately medical reasons make it impossible.
We had so many happy times with Dugald and Ann; they were respectively Groomsman and Maid of Honour at our wedding in Belfast over 60 years ago. Whenever they visited we enjoyed 'fun' times and we know Dugald would not have wanted this time to be too sad. Well remembered is when they came to see us in Fermanagh and Dugald was judge of the Rose of Lisnaskea competition, a heat for the Rose of Tralee crown. Beauty competitions probably not politically correct these days but Dugald carried out the task with aplomb - just the right amount of seriousness but that twinkle in his eye.
There were many happy times in their Holywood house and in Donegal. Fishing the last time, catching a few mackerel and seeing the trawler in the cave just down the coast. Can't believe we will not be sailing out of that little port again with Captain Macfarlane at the helm.
Our thoughts are very much focussed on you today and tomorrow; what a wonderful father and grandfather - and such a good friend. Our love to you all, Tony and Anne.

Very sorry to hear of the loss of a true gentleman. We will miss the rhythm of the boat sailing in and out of the breakwater in the summer months. Condolences from the McGleenan family, Leharden.
— Tony McGleenan
